C & Sons Home Services is a family-owned and operated business based in Middleburg Heights. With years of experience working for one of the nation’s largest plumbing companies, I observed that many customers were paying a premium simply for the company’s brand, without receiving true value. A significant portion of the training process focused on teaching employees to upsell, often by creating a false sense of urgency or using scare tactics. We were more “salesmen” with only 12 weeks of training, rather than seasoned professionals. 

I have been asked before, “WHY TAKE THE RISK IN STARTING YOUR OWN COMPANY?” It was this experience that inspired me to start my own business, where I prioritize honesty, avoid upselling, and deliver exceptional customer care without inflated costs. While I offer expert recommendations, I respect that the final decision is always in your hands.
